Do you need help reviewing your town’s combined sewer overflow Long Term Control Plan?

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection is accepting comments on the plans until January 31. Community voices are needed to ensure that the proposed projects, timelines, and costs are the best solutions for your municipality.

This two-day workshop will explain the overarching issues addressed in each of the plans, like financing and green infrastructure, followed by breakout groups to discuss the specific proposals for each of the municipal and regional plans. Participants will leave with draft comments and guidance to finalize your comments. This workshop will help you understand the basics of the CSO LTCPs as well as the new CSO permit process.
